The home is situated in a pleasant, well-kept residence in the centre of the city, overlooking a quiet garden, very close to the university and the central library. The residence can accommodate 72 residents in single rooms with floors for boys, floors for girls and mixed floors.
The rooms are cosy and well furnished. Every two weeks the bed-linen is changed and washed. On each floor there is a bathroom, showers, toilets and communal phone. Nine of our rooms have a private toilet, six more rooms have their private shower only. We also have one double room with a private shower and toilet. In addition, there are three furnished studios on our roof terrace.
As a resident you have the following at your disposal :

- A games room with a billiard table and table football as well as soft drinks dispensers
- Two television rooms
- A study room with piano overlooking the garden
