6 rooms with private showers are available at a price of CHF 520.-- a month. The furnished studios are CHF 850.-- per month. The breakfast is CHF 4.-- for one day or CHF 80.-- for one month.

• The above prices are for single rooms/ per month, (they include all electricity bills, Internet connection, VAT and fresh bed-linen every fortnight/ 2 weeks.
• Rent is payable from the 1st to the 15th of every month and may also paid in advance. If payment has not been received byl the 15th, the contract will be cancelled immediately and the deposit will be utilized for the 15 days.
• The choice for room A+ or B+ with breakfast has to be confirmed at the registration date. Breakfast will only be served to those who are subscribed and is onlyavailable on weekdays.
• Anyone who renews their contract after 8 months, for the following year will then be changed at the « 8 months and more » rent price.

Contract:

For cancellation of a contract during the period of the contract, the conditions are as follows:

• The manager must be notified before the 15th of the current month in order to leave the room by the end of the next month.
• Prolongation of the contract is possible for a few extra days; CHF 17.-- will be invoiced per supplementary night.

On the other hand, in case the contract is prematurely broken, the conditions of the contract will be applied as follow:

• The person who has signed the contract for a stay of « 8 months and more », and decides prematurely to cancel the contract, must advise the manager before the 15th of the current month for the following month. The person must pay the difference on the previous rents and for a full month, a participation of CHF 250.- as well as CHF 50.- for administration expenses.
• The person who has signed the contract for a stay of « 4 to 7 months», and decides prematurely to cancel the contract, must advise the manager before the 15th of the current month for the following month. The person must pay the difference on the previous rents and for a full month, a participation of CHF 100.- as well as CHF 50.- for administration expenses.
